When you submit one of these forms, your name, email address, telephone number, language or market selection, page and campaign identifiers, ClickID and related technical information may be transmitted to Reagup and then to the service provider assigned to your request. Reagup and the assigned provider may process information under their own notices where they act independently.
We may also share limited information with hosting, security, communications and customer-support providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal information. Where information is transferred internationally, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards where required.

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, including legal and record-keeping requirements. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
